I am making a form, where user will enter Supplier code and Item Code. After pressing zoom for PO, only that PO should display where Supplier Code and Item should match.

For display PO I took tdpur4508m000 session.

There is nothing in that session's program script to handle limiting the data as you suggest. You could either customize the program script to do this or create a new subsession to do so.
