I am having problems printing from Baan using BW client on a Citrix WinFrame 1.7 server. I receive the following error in my event viewer:

I have made sure the users have full permissions to M:\Program Files\Baan and all subdirectories and I have set the path in my enviroment to see M:\Program Files\Baan, M:\WinFrame\Baan and all subdirectories. I have also set the BSE=M:\Program Files\Baan and BSE_TMP=%BSE%\tmp. At this point I am at a loss why it will not print.

What is more confusing is if I run the following command from the run line: (bwprint "M:\Program Files\Baan\tmp\tmp060432224_08108.bpf" /p /r) I receive output at my local printer. BW client can not seem to find its own files. Can anyone help?????

could u pls give me more details about yr setup. u r trying to print throguh citrix client, is printer is installed on client through citrix.
