I need to attach specific roles to certain users. I tried doing that thru the Roles in the user data.

The problem is that the role fields are only active when creating the users, after that it does not allow to edit the field.

any inputs are welcome.

If you are the BaaN Administrator you should know the password asked by ttadv0145m000 in the 3rd Tab on the User Data session, where you assign the roles to a normal user.

Check the user type.The role fields are active only for normal users (super users doesn't need any) and the default password should be -'baan'
