The Baan configuration is Baan IVc4, Informix Database, Windows NT.

The following problem appears periodically, but regularly while working with Baan or trying to connect.

"LogonUser 1330" The connection failed, because the password of the account is no more valid.

To avoid this, I have to run the sessions "maintain database users" and "Maintain links betweeen baan users and database users" (with the identical password). Within Baan and Windows NT no user has a restriction concerning the (Baan) working time.

Does anybody know about informix or baan restrictions?

Where are you located? I mean what timezone? What are your login restrictions on the user (ttaad200.sttm, ttaad200.edtm) / system level ? May this problem arise because of UTC > Local time restrictions?

I'm located in Germany. The table ttaad200 is identical for every user concerning the start and end time (ttaad200.sttm = 0 and ttadd200.edtm = 2400), so this should not cause any problems.

This has to be related to the Informix password, not Baan restrictions... Post your question in the OS and Databases thread to get Informix help about this.
