The job daemon executes only once and after it terminates somehow. Please let me know what is to be done to keep jobdaomon on, untill I stop it with rc.stopjobdm.

You didn't include your version of Baan but check Baan Support for recent patches for session ttaad5206m000. I recently had the same problem and the latest patch seemed to fix it.
