i have customized one session ( tiabc0413m725 )
now there is a user Arvind , his login does not have this session in
Baan menu, when i ran baan with his login

For giving the authorization i ran the following session ttaad2131m000
( Maintain Session Authorization by Session )
and there it asked for the user, package and session that i did ....and also converted to runtime.

after that i ran baan with user Arvind/password i was not able to see that session in his
baan menu ......infact his baan menu is not the normal menu which we see....
it was fully customized....now my question is do i have to go to Maintain Menu session ( ttadv3160m000)
and do modification there ? do let me know the solution for this.

User arvind is using menus created by DEM. Session ttaad2131m000 does not modify such menus. Use session tgbrg5100m000, and select the process under which you want the session/activity to be placed. Modify and then start BaaN from the user's login. Do not forget to execute session "Generate User Dialog".
Hope this helps.

I am not an expert in DEMs, but will try -

1. tgbrg4100m000. Select version and click Employees.
2. Select employee (arvind in your case), and click Roles by Employees.
3. Identify the role under which you want to place the session/activity.
4. tgbrg8140s000. Click Roles.
5. Click Where Used.
6. For the identified Role, Check only Project Model & Business Processe. Take the printout.
7. Identify the Process which needs to be modified, and use session tgbrg5100m000. Select the identified process, click editor.
8. Modify the DEM. Save and Exit.

Hope this helps.
