We created jobs with Periodical and Job waiting after Execution options marked and status Free.
Then we start Activate Job session (ttaad5203m000) and activating the jobs. The jobs are now waiting for there execution time to start. But the jobs are stay in status waiting forever. This problem accord few times ago and we restarted the jobs.

What can cause this problem :confused:

Couple things to check;

Is the next execution date and time already been passed?

Is the job waiting after next execution checked?
This would cause the job to start again (after completion) and put it in a wait status - waiting for the next execution time and date
to automatically execute.

What version of Baan are you using? For us (on 4c4), there were several patches and several objects that needed updating before jobs would function.

Hi,

if you are a UNIX-User, have a look at your jobdaemon. Ist it working?

If not - then type ./rc.startjobdm in the $BSE/etc directory.
