I have a problem, when a user incorrectly log off, his entry is still filled in licmon6.1 and he takes one licence.

Do you have any script for 'clearing' the licmon6.1 without restart licd6.1?

Thank you

I posed this very question to Baan Support and was told that restarting licd6.1 is the only option.

It is our common problem. Nothing you can do if the user is actually off Baan but licmon6.1 still keeping his licence but restarting licence daemon.
Maybe trying to prevent users from incorrect actions (no Ctrl+alt+del logouts, reset buttons etc. before admin can free their baan processes) :)

Hi
there is a process id attach with every user in licmon (e.g bsp.9121) try to kill user (with bshcmd6.1) using this process id.

Just to clarify...if the process is still active then a "kill -15 <process id>" should kill the process and free the license. However, the situation I was referring to was an inactive process that still maintained a license and can only be excised through a licd6.1 restart.
