What are the errors?

Try to run ttstpdeldeflt to delete defaults for the session/user and try again?

The attachment wasn't posted correctly, probably due to the wrong name. Please don't use quotes in filenames! Change the name and repost the file.

Wuyels,

The file is still not readable. Please read my post: DO NOT USE QUOTES IN YOUR FILE NAME

Also please post in JPG format rather than BMP. That saves space and bandwith.

patvdv: ... Also please post in JPG format rather than BMP. That saves space and bandwidth.Consider typing the probably few lines (or cut and past them from the $BSE/log file) into your textbox instead of attaching a screendump that contains the same information in (compressed) pixel format. This will save even more space and bandwidth.

Lucas,

You are right of course. But I didn't want to limit the choice too much :)

I assume the error message will be something like "Cannot start session" wich is correct to inform the user about what is happening, but in such cases it is not enough to inform the system adminstrator about what the cause is. We are lucky to have the complete error messages in the log files in such cases.

Here also the logfile itself (a tail or a copy of the complete logging of the event in any of the logfiles) will explain more about the reason. This may be permission error, non-patched binary, lacking table definition etc...
