One of our customers do have some 40 PC's HP Vectra VL6/400 type D6945A. They experience system crashes (freezes) also with the newer clients.

The errors registered in the event viewer are:

The ring buffer that stores incoming mouse data has overflowed (buffer size is configurable via the registry)
"

Baan is not familiar with this issue.

Symptoms
When the number of mouse or keyboard events buffered internally by the driver in nonpaged pool memory is too low, one of the following error messages gets logged in the Event Viewer:

Anyone familiar with these kind of problems?

They seem to be rather system specific. But strange that bw-client updates cause this problem.

The problem was figured out: some video memory conflict.
