While installing BaaN there are 3 options

1. User Interface
2. User Interface and Logic
3. Full application incl. database


What is the significance of option 2?
What setup is needed to make it work?

I have used this option in machine. Since Application folder and Tools tables are not loaded it means that it sould work in tandem with other Application server. How to make settings so that I can run baan from both the systems?
