Where can i get a documentation on the difference between b2 and c4? (i.e. functional difference, if any)

we are currently in b2 and planning to migrate in c4. is there any significant difference between these versions? is there a site or documentation that compare the difference (or enhancement made)

I initiated one of the mentioned posts (I mistakenly said that we're at IVb4 going to IV c4. Don't know where I got that. We're at b2 looking at c3). Anyway, someone was nice enough to send me Baan document P3007AUS, which gives you the new funtionality that was added for IVc. I've attached it below.
