Iam new to administration but not BaaN development.Iam given the responsibility of applying BaaN service pak on BaaN 5.0b.

I need any the document of all the steps involved.Iam specially interested about Customised Components.i.e How to apply the Baan Pacth to customised components.How to write a program to find out all the customised components in the list of components which have BaaN Patch.
