When I try to open ttadv4520m000 "Table Definition", system gives message "Cannot start session", and it fails to open this session!But open this table with ttaad4500, it has records there!

The 'cannot start session' can normally be solved by compiling the session or by changing e.g. the description.
Since you are referring to a tools session I suggest that you build your tools environment again with the create tools datadictionary session. (Sorry I don't have a environment at hand.)
