In our BAAN IV C4 system, there was no help text available for session "tfacr1432m000".
and from baan online support site, i downloaded a solution of the help text for the session. But even after i installed the solution, help text cant be displayed in the session help, while i can see there's really help text for the session in ttadv2105m000.
so what else should i do to enable the help text?

Hi,

after installing the help text just the text is available in the system. After this also the runtime help (session ttadv5230m000) has to be started.
