I am trying to validate a system runing on Windows 2000 Server with Oracle 8.1.7. BaaN Version is c4 SP8 with scc and russian localization.

I received a validation key several times from Baan but unfortunately no key is working properly.

After having entered the key in session ttiex3102m000 I have started ttiex3220m000 without problems. When I configure the application with session ttiex3225m000 the session stops with error message "Tools validation key is not ok".

We have checked all necessary data several times but we can not find any missing or wrong data. In the meantime no tools session is available any more. All application session are available.

Does anyone know what is going on?

Do you have in Request System Configuration report all fields set to »yes« or »no«? Once we had the similar problem, because it is not enough to click necessary fields in session ttiex3101m000 (Maintain Requested System Configuration (Tools)), but you have to go with tabulator through all fields.

there has been a difference betweeen our entries and those in the validation server at Baan. After changing this validation went ok.
