When I installed Update CD1 for Baan5 on NT ,session ottiex1288 giving me "Error -13 during seq.open file "c:/baan/bin/ntbshell.exe"

I have seen such error in case of Baan instaled into "\Program Files\Baan" directory.

Have you installed your BaaN into c:\program files\baan directory ?

Instalation script suggest \Program Files\Baan destination, but you should change it to \baan ; there are some situations, when pathname with blanks is not correctly working.

Could it be a permission problem? Error 13 on Unix means permission denied.

Check with Baan support . I think the update CD is not required to be installed.

On NT you can still get 'unix error' codes. What I would check:
- does that file exists?
- are you at least local admin?
- check baan support for known errors.
