we have the problem that we can´t "Repeat Request" for a printjob with a big spoolfile, such invoices. We have checked diskspace, but it is ok. Is there anybody out there who know this problem, and how can it solved?

Sounds like the Delete delay time for the user has expired, have you checked that in the maintain user session? Also in ttaad3120m000 what does it say on the 'Canceled [ Dt/Tm ] field for the print? Besides that I cannot think of any other reason at the moment why it would not allow a re-print.
