We have normal users with "text group authorisation" DEFAULT. If such users try to open a text the message: "no authorisation for company 0" pops up

You have to check up the authorizations in sessions -

ttams1121m000 - Default Text Groups Tempate and
ttams1122m000 - Text Group Authorization Template

also also in the user data.
