ln6.1fp3 on win2003/sql2005, 2-tier installation(app + db + client on the same server). Installed app studio 8.4.2.
After creating a new app, i selected B61_a3 as a release vrc and package wh (default language = 2)
After click *ok* I got a message: " Error occourred in Method 'Create' on component 'ApplicationPackage' of Object 'ttadv120 Application., Package code wh not allowed."

Any hint?

You need to define a PMC Base VRC with your own VRC (the VRC-layer in which you want to develop your own components) as Export VRC. Select this Base VRC as Release in your Application.
