We are using BaaN IV and worktop 2.5.9/ bw100 on windows 7/64.

When we open the worktop document the login form allways starts in the background.

I set the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\ForegroundLockTimeout to 0 but nothing changes.

Is there any other things to do?

mmmm at the past there was a tool "Tweak UI" with this we changed the forgroundlockTimeout and it works...

I'm using BaanIV with Worktop 2.5.13 and BWC 104 on Windows7/32. I also switched ForegroundLockTimeout to 0. It worked immediately after a reboot.
(My regedit still points to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\ on startup, so it's still the last change I've made with regedit...)

Usually the log-in-window will appear in front of the Worktop-window. But sometimes it still shows up in the background. I doesn't happen to often, so I never got a chance to reproduce this glitch.

Maybe you could try Worktop 2.5.13 and BWC 104 on your client-PC?

ok, i installed worktop 2.5.13 and bw 104...
but at my client it works fine.. all sessions starts at the foreground...

I tried to use Worktop 2.5.13 and BWC 104 with no more result !

But I just found a solution which seems to workaround. I set the shortcut which launches the worktop with option "Run : Maximized" then now the login windows comes always on the foreground.
