Please help , I have been struggling with this over a months now.

My users are login into Baan ERLPLN FP6 via citrix, the problem is when they what to print from Baan.if the print locally it print without any error,but if thet login via citrix and print they get an error not installed locally install the drives.

Printers are installed on Baan server, Local on user’s Machine and there is a link between print server and citrix server.

please help,i did check some old forums and try to grant access to /BSE/tmp and /BSE/bin

am i missing something here,should the setting be done on oour citrix server or baan application server.
