Are there any other places to get licenses for baanV than a var? Do people resell them when they are migrating our of Baan or something?

Any help on other sources would be great. Thanks.

As far as I know there is no other way to purchase licenses than trough the official way. The license-key needs to be generated by BaaN in order to make your license valid. Trading licenses will not work, because your brand-file would not be alright and your BaaN-application will become inusable.

Still, maybe someone else knows another way of getting "second hand"- licenses; but I find it hard to imagine.

In the Baan contracts are stated that licences cannot be passed, and due to validation issues it should only be technical possible if you use the same server...
