Experts,

We installed Infor ES porting set for Baan IVc4 on our windows server 2008 standard version and Baan client.
It has been installed with user 'baan'. After the installation of server and client while trying to run the client we got the BW message 'Not authorized to run as user baan'.

Not sure why this message appears. Please help.

Will have an error if you are not logged as baan. change Logging Files/baaniv/BaanERPClientinfo. if you are logged as domain\username, just put username.
