Hello,

Just got a new laptop with Win-7. Installed BW.101 in c:\baan. After that installed the latest Worktop (2.5.11). I can't use my old wtd files from Win-XP. So I have to configure a new worktop document. The wizzard complains "No BW-environment" and that I have to have .bwc files and a standaard configuration. When I click Advanced, Worktop starts the BECS utility. I'm able to make a new BW configuration and save it, but it doesn't show up in de BECS window.

How can I solve this problem?

Thanks in advance
Dirk

This may be caused by a installation-path-change of the latest bw-clients. The default pathname changed from c:\programdata\baan to c:\programdata\infor in the latest clients (programdata may differ in other languages i.e. "programme" in a german XP-installation).

We're installing an old version of bwc and run an immediately update on version 101 (or newer) afterwards. This will use the old pathname on Windows 7. (The old pathname is needed because of some addons we're still using.)

Yes, it is caused bij installation path problems. I uninstalled all of it and then re-installed bw and worktop. That was the solution.
