Hi,
Can someone let me know how to setup the SESSION_TIMEOUT command other than specifying in environment variables command ( in BECS configuration)

Is there any shell scipt used to handle it. If it exists, in which path it can be located.

Thx

Hi,

We can also set a session timeout in a file on the server. I exactly don't remember where we can set it, but this sets the timeout for all the users accessing that bshell.

Kind Regards,

This can be set in the file "all" in the $BSE/lib/defaults directory.

Hi, thx for the information. I could locate this file and see the session timeout command inside. Eventhough it is present it does not work somehow. May i know which shell script uses this file to read session timeout info.

Will it be used by bshell6.1/6.2 or anyother file?

Kindly reply me.
thx
