Your message table seems to be corrupt. The message code "ttstpfilterttl" should be present in table ttadv450, but it cannot be found in your language and even not in English. I checked some LN environments I have and it is present everywhere.
You can workaround it by removing "%f" from the BAAN_WIN_TITLE environment variable.
