Almost at wits end with the following problem... about every week or week and a half, we start to get calls that users cannot log into Baan. We see errors such as this in the Event log:

Infor support has had us increase heap size and set the no_ipc_msg_window:1
parameter in the $BSE/lib/defaults/all file

But that has not helped the situation. Does anyone have any other suggestions as to what we can check? I'm more of a programmer than a system administrator, but I've learned quite a bit these past few weeks investigating the issue, but it is not resolved.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
