When a user try to link a Purchase Order, he keeps on getting the following error:

Fatal Error : Error 206(Record is not Locked) on tdpur045680
Cannot continue in tfacp1131s000

This error indicates an oops in the source code (database commits not in place, probably).

Unless you had this session customized, you need to take it up with Baan support and they will supply you with a fix.

Recently we had the same problem in a session. It turned out to be a parameter-problem. In this case, the parameter for TP-project in table tipcs020 had the value "No". When turned to "Yes", the problem was solved.

So, the session is trying to update a table that is not "selected for update".

By the way: this is not a Baan-problem, but a malfunction in your adjusted program.
