Recently we have opened branch in France. Can any one help to setup BaaN in french.
Please help where and how to start these process. Basically they required menu and forms and if possible data entry in french.

will you install a new BSE for french??

the official way to install a lanugage after the system is running is to make a new installation. (cause language files will be installed at service pack 0, and if you install new service pac the language components will be extractet)

the other way is verry tricky

I dont have any idea wheter we need re-insall or not ?
We need to use the existing environment and creat company in french. This is our requirement.
Please elobrate the possibilities if you know.

if you install french (language cd-formerly from tape), you have to select the option (not reinstall all other components)
--> basic installation (B40_c4 language 4+tools)
pmc-updates upto your actual Servicepack should be already installed
(4 is a base language) through your regularely servicepacks

Is it separate cd or is included in master cd
Is it available for down load
Does it require re validation
Is there any baan documents or help available
