Can someone tell me what is the exact difference between a normal and super user in baan. Though we have various authorization provisions for packages, modules, sessions and table, how this user level differentiation helps.

For a superuser all these various authorization provisions do not apply. A superuser may do everything, and you cannot restrict these rights using authorization management. A normal user may do nothing, unless you provide him with the authorization to do something.
