has anyone encountered Error 1236 using Informix as third party database?


Please clarify the set-up of informix environment in the following servers


Baan Application and database server(hostname=goldi2)

INFORMIXDIR=/usr/local/informix
- this is the directory where the In-Connect was installed.
- This server is used as the application and database server (bisam) of all live companies (800,801,802,803,804,888)
- Single finance and multi-logistics set-up. Company.
- Company 888 is the finance company


database server with baan application (hostname=goldi)

- INFORMIXDIR=/backup/informix
- Informix instance name is named as goldi (INFORMIXSERVER=goldi)
- this is where the Informix and I-Connect were installed.
- this server is used as the database server for tables tfgld106 and tfgld410 (database type: INFORMIX)


Attached herewith are the detailed steps in setting up the 3 tier environment.

Did I missed something here?

Check for the latest version of IConnect ...? Portingset ...?
