Hello everybody,
we have a fresh installled W2K8 server with Baan IV c4. When printing with a Spanish user, I get two errors "No set id for current set name" and when you confirm this message, another one with "cant convert tss character tsstsswc2extmbs" pops up. The same printout with a German or English user works.
This occurs only with printers of device type ASCIT who use a customized conversion script (Nazdaq B2WIN and another PDF conversion script). Windows printers also work for the Spanish users. But for this two ASCIT devices it comes with every single report.
Did anybody come across this or has an idea what to check ?
