Hi All,

I have installed webtop 8.4. I am able to login, but after login i am unable to open the sessions. It is displaying the below error:
" 3GL programming error for DsNcreate subobject: Unknown message type:28.
Backend returned invalid response"


the sessions are webtop enabled. I have even checked the BMS mask.

if i login using 'bsp' for Tools sessions i am receiving the error "Parsing form failed"

Unable to find the root cause for the error. Should i install any solutions from Infor?

Any ideas are welcome.
