I'm trying to do a clean install of Baan on a fresh machine, but I'm not exactly sure about the install order of things.
I have informix installed on the target machine.
I have Baan master CD (SP0?), Portingset CDs(8 and 12) and Batch CD SP1->SP23

Should I Install portingset first, then continue with master and service packs or copy install data from master, apply portingset to it, patch it with SPs and then install from the patched data?

The target system is itanium.
