Dear All,

I use Baan IVc4 on NT 4.0 and SQL 7.0. I allready have user "baan" (super user) that can access Baan Tools modul. Lately I create another super user "tool" that I want to give to new programmer in our company. But "tool" user is denied to access session in Baan Tool like ttaad4100 (GTM) that we need.

Could someone please tell me where step that I miss ?

Hi,

Do you get an error or something like that, trying to do ttaad4100 with the 'TOOL'-user?
If not, try to do a DBSLOG on that user/session.

Thanks for respon,

I check in ttaad2100m000 like toolsak said, and I see the same contain like he point. Actually if we use "tool" user the result is like file that I attach, baan ask for password ( I try all password that we use but no one is correct). It's different if we use "baan" user, no password required. As long as I know, we never put password on it.

NB: Sorry but I don't know what is DBSLOG, is it LOG in server or in client PC ?

Hi,

If you logon as user 'ROOT', you are able to change the passwoord for ttaad4100 (GTM).
You can do it by session ttadv0144m000

On NT user Baan does not have to use a passwd to enter ttaad4100. (Like Root on Unix) Use user Baan to set the password. Your user tools will then be able to use it.
