I am after an overview diagram of the system and servers and applications etc. I would like to know where all the components live and interact and on what servers they can be on (including myday, onramp, db, app, etc)

I need to set up a live, dev and test environments along with performance testing and user acceptance and training areas. Does anyone have any experience in this and any documentation on best practices etc.
