My Objective is to make the table data authorization dynamic. For example Please find the attachment.

I want the date field would replace by a variable of value of current date. So the user can make transaction only for the current date there will be no need to change the date condition everyday, I want to do it Once. Is it possible?
Help if there is any workout on this...
