Hi all,

We have recently gone live with ERPLn in our company. Now we want to provide only read only access of our Baan IV application. I am searching if there is any ways (except changes through autorisation).

I was able to do it through database authorisation.

i am assuming that u would have done db authorization as read only through baan tool session.. if that's the case, then i am just curious to see what happens when u print a PO or SO since in baan when u print these 2 documents internally it changes the procedure mask for the same, so just wondering r u not getting any fatal error while printing PO/SO ?

You are right but now once the financial year is already closed, users are not allowed to make any kind of changes.

hmm, in our case, even though the co. was closed and we moved to baan 5, our users wanted existing PO from baan4 to be printed at any time, just for ref. old data.
