Hello,

how can I install the help files for use with worktop. There are 3 zipped Files on then instalation disks and I suppose, I have to place them in one or three special folders, but where ?
Since I've already found solutions for webtop only, I need your advice for WORKtop.

have u installed webtop? You will fisrt need to install webtop.
LN system is not in front of me ..step shuld be as follows
1> Take Administrator login in webtop
2> There u will get option to install help files. You need to put help files on client machine from where u are accessing webtop and the browse and select those files one by one for tools, stndard etc
3> Once help is installed.. you need to give path of webtop in user data template in help server row..
http://<webtop server>:<port>/webtop

Convert data to runtime..logout and then login.

Then you can access the help from worktop as well as webtop...

Hello, i'm trying to install HELP for tools.
i copied file "enterprise_server_76a_8.5_en_xmlhelp" on the machine that holds webtop.
When i upload this zipped file, i gets this error's message :
"Can not load files for the index and the search.: java.io.IOException: C:\webhelp\help\baanerp\tocSearch\segments\fulltextSearch not a directory".
At another hand, on some sessions(ttaad2500m000) HELP is available.
In others(daxch0521m000) it si not.
Is it normal ?
