We have big issues with webtop regarding bad respons, very slow, sessions stops responding and the "action wheel" in upper right corner in webtop just keeps spinning.

I would like to try to log every step from the webtop session-->webtop server-->application server-->database server and back again to see how long responstime there is between the servers and if there's no respons in the webtop client I would like see where the communication stopped.

Do anyone know how to do this or if there's any software that can do this for me:confused:

We're running ERP LN on Solaris 10 and Oracle 10g. The webtop server is on a windows server.

Ronny,

Ever seen this document?

ftp://ftp.support.baan.com/updates/webtop/PL_doc/Infor_ERPLN_Web_UI_8_5_Sizing_Guide.PDF

It contains some hints.

Please be aware that some java versions give a problem with closing sessions, there is a note about this on the webui solution page (if I remember correctly).

Regards,
Han

Yes I've seen this document and been in touch with Support. The java versions are already checked.
