I'm planning to have both application server and db server on the same windows server. I'll guess about 300 concurrent users.

What hardware requirements should suit this?

A server with 2 3.0 quad core processors and 24 to 32 gb ram with hard disk as per ur data size and growth requirements .

Vouch this with sizing help from Infor support which is more accurate on this.
