I received a issue from the user saying that "Baan triton unable to print jobs on (printer-name)". The user did not provide any other information.

Hello,

check if the HP-UX printerqueue is activ ?
use lpstat <printqueue>

Sometimes the printqueue is disabled if user presses CANCEL Button on remote printer.
