how can I copy all the company data from a server to other server ?

ı thınk ı need to use baan export/import tools but ı dont know related steps

look i'll explain it to u but by example
1- we want to copy all company data from the company 888 to company 999
2- take separated dump file by the table separator '' | '' in a specified folder
ex. C:\888-999
2- open Master data module
3- open company data
4- copy company data
5- put in enterprise unit 888>999
6- restore the separated dump from the specified table
7- enjoy the new company
