We recently moved to sqlserver/windows with our Baan installation. We are using the task scheduler. The jobs are running OK, but it will always leave the batch user connected to Baan and consuming a license. Has anyone experienced this or have any solutions?

I have not seen that error specifically, but you could always set a timeout for the user. This way if the user is left idle for to long they will be disconnected.

I have seen that on systems where:

a) Session_timeout has not been set for jobs
b) Old portingset versions
