Hi
We face a strange problem, when accessing the webtop, we are unable to see the activities in Sales order / purchase order sessions , also unable to see the business partner descriptions.
Any ideas on how to resolve. We are on Ln Fp3 and Java version - 1.6.0_17.

Hi Try downgrading your java to 1.5.0_04, I noticed that the latest version has some bugs in there.

I tried with older java versions too , but the result is the same. Any other ways to handle this problem.Have I missed out something.

Hi,
Have you tried to update your Webtop version (I believe the latest is 8.5.2)? What about solutions for your FP3 system? Have you checked the infor365.com website for updates?

Yes , we are on the latest version -8.5.2 and could not find any specific solutions from Infor Website.Not sure what we are missing. Any help much appreciated.
