I Am Not Able To Get Help On Any Screen --error Messgae " No Help Server Defined In User Data Template" How To Activate And What Is The Session.

I Am Using Test Company For User Baan.

Did you install Webtop and upload help? If you did it then open session User Data Template (ttams1110m000), choose your template and type into a filed "Help Server" info about your Webtop. Default is:
"servername:8312/webtop"

Hi,

it's an old thread - but now we are starting to migrate and got the same problem. Our ttams1110m000 has no field "Help Server" - only "Application Server", "Startup System" and "Startup System2" - all of these are empty.
Any ideas?
