i m work on Baan C4 as administrator but in the system Baan IV Tools pakage is not opening all Pakage is working BUt Tools is not opening when i click on + then be - but not open becouse of this issue i have big problem i cant use user management customization backup etc etc this is my menu browser i try somany thing like general menu tccom00000000, tgcom00000000 , saparet tools meue tttls1000m000browser also i create but not open etc etc this is my superuser BSP
please any one know or can solve this is issue i will be thanks full to all of u i m new baan administrator

Hello kashif ahmed,

change the language of your bsp user to English (2). Could be that the Tools Menu is not available in the language you are currently working with. Hope this helps.

Dear kashif,

You need to have autorization for tools, if you are adminstrator too, and one more important note you need to have proper number licenses to use tools.
