This error occurs during off hours. Possibly could be triggered by a batch job and/or backup service.
Wanted to know if anybody has experieced this error and knows what the cause is.
The AppServer and Solution License Manager have to be re-started to move forward.

Lasterror : 183 (Cannot create a file when that file already exists.)
Errno : 2 (No such file or directory)
BdbErrno : 0
ExtraInfo : N/A
Message : Memory error - more information is in file "C:\WINDOWS\system32/rexecd.2280.mlog"
