Hello,

We will start our inventory process soon, and I would like to know which command do I need to add to the bshell on the Client to block access to ERP ln to some ROLES or USERS.

Should I add -bw after our current -- - set NO_WORKTOP=1 command line..?

Thank you for your prompt reply

Kind regards,

BOBBY

BOBBY,

If you are using Cycle Count Orders to conduct your inventory and are worried about users updating the inventory during the Cycle Count, you can block inventory transactions by checking the Block During Warehouse Cycle Counting check box in the Inventory Handling Parameters session - whinh0100m000.

Hello mmurphy2650,

Thank you for the info. But some users WILL need to access inventory during the Cycle Count because they will update the quantities manually for some warehouses. What I would need is the bshell command line to prevent other users to access to their usual ROLE profile in BAAN, like Production, Finance, etc..

I know that there is a simple way to do so... under the bshell command
